Working as a group on a creative task is a powerful way to develop team identity, resolve conflict within a team, identify
'stars' and 'mavericks' and to have great fun!
Selection and psychometric testing methods do not always identify talent; your team or company may be missing out on
a future star.
We offer a range of creative, musical and performing activities, where teams are challenged in a safe, creative environment
to participate and create a number of tasks. We work with the business prior to the event, to ensure the activities challenge
and reveal characteristics about the team, and offer a de-brief session afterwards. Additional support, such as CD recordings
for all the team members and DVD recordings are offered as an additional service.

- Performing
- Write, direct and produce an advertisement
