The client needed to develop vocal and communication strategies for dealing with contact with the media on a very sensitive
subject. We focused on creating a strong assertive vocal persona, and setting clear vocal and time boundaries, to ensure the
client was not pressurised into revealing inappropriate information. Also that she maintained control over any interviews
and contacts with the media organisation.
This training was conducted over the telephone. Executive Voice is able to coach and train individuals by telephone or
by webcam.
