Susan Heaton Wright trained as a classical singer and for 2 years was a teacher. She is now a vocal
coach going into businesses as well as coaching individual clients at her studio in Hertfordshire. She has an excellent knowledge
of the voice from her singing experience and has worked extensively with a speech therapist to ensure that the work she does
with clients is a healthy approach. Her particular expertise is to develop confidence and self belief in clients, relaxation,
managing nerves, and English as a second language, and clients with strong accents.
Neil Simon is an experienced classical singer and performer. He has worked in business at executive
level in the public and private sectors for twenty years. He has a sound knowledge of communication styles at senior levels.
His particular expertise is public speaking and Presentation Skills.
