Susan Heaton Wright is a professional opera singer, who as as soloist has performed at the Royal Opera
House, Royal Albert Hall, Symphony Hall Birmingham, for Sir Simon Rattle and Sir Mark Elder, and premiered many works by British
Composers including John Joubert and Howard Goodall. Susan brings her expertise and experience as a performer to vocal and
communication skills within the business world. Susan is a fully qualified teacher (QTS) and prior to being an opera singer
was a trainer within the business environment for 2 years. Susan works with individuals and groups, improving communication
styles and voices, to make an impact in the workplace. Susan leads 'icebreaker' and 'energising' activities
at conferences and business meetings, as well as the team building events we organise. Susan has worked with individuals and
teams from a wide range of Multi-nationals, SMEs, Public Sector organisations and private clients.
Neil Simon is an experienced classical singer and performer. He has worked in business at executive
level in the public and private sectors for twenty years, as a Chartered Surveyor and has managed large redevelopment
projects with budgets of £200 million. He has a sound knowledge of communication styles at senior levels including change
management, leading teams of senior professionals and negotiation skills. His particular expertise is public speaking and
Presentation Skills.
